Paper plastic is a product with good initial adhesion, quick drying, high final adhesion strength, soft film, low temperature and not brittle, good flex resistance, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, easy to use, and good storage stability. Introduce what to pay attention to when using paper plastic.

1. The paper plastic has strong adhesive force and does not open the glue. It will quickly form a dry film after bonding, which can enhance the stiffness of the packaging box. If the bottom paper surface is not flat, it can make the paper box or book case after bonding. The surface is smoother and more beautiful;

3. Non-toxic and harmless;

4. After sticking, it won't be moldy and has strong antiseptic ability;

5. Paper plastic is a kind of high protein material and cannot be mixed with other glues and materials. Long-term storage in the open air will lose moisture and become hard to dissolve due to weathering. A little water should be used to infiltrate the skin of the colloid to increase the heat transfer area. .

6. The temperature of the colloid must be set to 90°C~95°C when using it (the colloid shows 90°C, and the actual temperature of the glue is only about 75°C). Only when the actual temperature of the glue reaches 80°C can the glue reach a good state. .

7. If you use coated paper of 128g or less to make the packaging box, please add less water and make the glue of the glue machine thinner, so as not to make the glue too thick and affect the watermark on the surface of the box.

8. When using gold cardboard or cardboard of more than 250g, please add less water to avoid insufficient glue.

9. In the rainy season, please put the finished box in a well-ventilated warehouse (the air humidity of the warehouse should be kept below 60%) to avoid moisture and make the box difficult to dry.
